While in Delaware on vacation we stopped at the Delaware State Police Museum. One of the things we saw was a hunk of headstone that a guy who received a traffic ticket made a payment with. He had one of his checks engraved into the stone and gave it to the court as payment. Thing weighted about 65 - 75 pounds. I've attached a picture of it. I've heard of people paying traffic tickets and child support with all pennies - but an engraved headstone. This has got to be the best. We talked with the retired state trooper operating the museum and he said the bank cashed the headstone check and then they asked the bank to donate it to the museum , which they did.
