My wife, Colleen, passed on the 26th of November at 3:05 PM. She will be greatly missed by friends and family. I apologize for the delay in telling you, but I've been somewhat out of sorts...a "functional wreck" would be the best description. The viewing will be today at the Eubanks Cedar Creek Funeral Home, in Mabank, Tx, from 6 - 8 PM, with a prayer at 7:30. The Mass will be tomorrow at St. Jude Catholic Church in Gun Barrel City at 10 AM, with the burial at the Mabank Oaklawn Cemetery. Her obituary can be seen here: www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/mabank-tx/colleen-easley-11555954Should you decide to send flowers, the funeral home asks that you use the Mabank Flower shop next door.

Lindel, Pat just said everything any of us could and better. Prayers. We just have to remember that when the Lord takes our loved ones from us, sometimes it is because they have finished what He put them here to do, and sometimes it's to spare them from having to deal with things to come. May He grant you peace, and comfort, and serenity this holiday season--this is an especially hard time of year to lose a loved one, not that there's any easy one.
