I just talked with Belinda. She is having a great time in Israel. Another full day today. Visited a castle/fort, 10 mile long water aquaduct (Roman buildt), over looked the Valley of Armageddon, the drove down the Jordan River Valley. Tomorrow Belinda will get baptized in the Jordan River, and a cruise on the Sea of Galilee. She didn't take our laptop so no pictures to share until she returns.

I would bet she's having a great time. Our Granddaughter went to Israel 2 years ago. She was baptized in the River Jordan also. She had a great time, she went with her church group. Thanks for posting... Adart

Talked again with Belinda today about noon. Guess it was early evening in Israel. They were the last tour group to get baptized in the Jorden River yesterday. Today they visited Nazareth, Jerusalem, Megito, & drove past Jericho. They didn't stop in Jericho as its an Arab city.
Adart, you are welcome. Sorry no photos to share yet.

Just talked again with Belinda. Finishing up the 2 week tour in Israel Tomorrow. She was telling me that a couple of Arab terrorist were executed and the Arab/Muslims have started protesting. The hung up a sign and when some Israel Defense Forces (IDF) tried to remove it, it was booby trapped and killed a few. Her tour bus had to stop and was right nest to a group of Arab protesters. There was also a group of IDF Troops close by keeping an eye on them. The tour group was getting worried and their guide who used to be IDF himself said, "not to worry, if they even spit this way they won't live long enough to regret it!"
You just got to like that.

Wife is in Frankfurt, Germany spending the night. Flys out tomorrow to Dallas & changes planes to Seattle. Last night sleeping by myself. Daughter's family leaves Turkey next week and I'm happy about that. Turkish F-16 just shot down a Syrian Mig 1 or 2 miles inside their air space. Turkish military are on alert.
Will have Israel photos to share in a few days.

Wife is suffering from jet lag and all the stuff they did in Israel the last two weeks. She slept 12 hours after we got home last night. Frankfurt, Germany to Dallas, Texas was about 9 1/2 hours. Then the wait to change airlines for a 3 1/3 hour flight to Seattle to finish with a 2 hour drive to get home. Made for a very long trip.
They were handing out milk chocolate candy bars like cups of water on the Lufthansa flights so Belinda brought home a few bars. Some of the best chocolate I've ever had, except the ones with congac in them. LOL.
Belinda is pretty wiped out so likely won't get around to looking a pictures on the sim cards to maybe tomorrow. Then I'll post some.

The Dead Sea and people taking Dead Sea mud treatments. Amazing.
When I was a lad, I used to get covered with mud and get spanked.
Those ladies are getting covered with mud and everyone thinks it is great.
Plus, they had to pay to get there, when I had mud in the yard or vacant lots, that was free.
Crazy world we live in.
