HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK......The Old Sarge Thanks guys. Guess I missed most of it working. Slept poorly, had to be at work early, and worked late waxing floors at our satellite facility.
Maybe next year I'll make it!

Thank you Jim!!! I have made 67 trips around the sun now and I hope many more to come. I can only hope that God will let me accomplish a few more things before its my time! I went to a funeral yesterday - a friend of mine from here in Hershey. He was 62! That made me think a bit about what my accomplishments have been and what things I might want to try and complete in the future. When you stop to think of what you HAVE done -it all seems to be so short and crammed together. I know that doing 21 years on active duty was one feete but now it does not seem to have been so very long at all! During that time it seemed that the 20 year mark would never get there and as well - sometimes I wondered if I had really made the right choice. Now ALL of you guys out there need to take a moment after reading this post and reflect on your lives. We made our choices based on what we knew and were experiencing at that time. Second guessing is always left for tomorrow! I am happy with my choices and I am proud of my time in the Air Force and what I did for our country and all of you fellow "6'rs" ! I am glad to have workedd with the finest of people who I will always cherish. NO - I'm not leaving - yet! Thats up to God. I'm going to keep trying my best - everyday - to do what is right for my family - my country - and for me. Thank you again for that simple wish Jim, I hope I do not miss yours! Hope to see ya in October at Colorado Springs! Three important things all happen on 19 March every year. They are (1) it is St Josephs Day, (2) it is the day that swallows return to San Juan Capistrano, and ---- (3) ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!! Thank you all! MArv

It was a long time ago that I met this old MA-1 Weenie on the OLD STYLE Pat's World, he, my deceased friend Thud Ron Kollas, Capt Brownshoes and Col MRoss were the first to establish rapport with me- almost 15 years ago........Sometime after that we got to meet face to face in San Antone and were his house guests (M&M took a shine to Sandy) before returning to AZ.... Here is wishing and hoping my friend continues to enjoy life and to reflect back with pride....... Jim

Thanks for the Birthday wishes Jim & Jim Too. I don't know about the Rocky Mountain Oysters, but the wife is taking me out to dinner at "The Fort" in Morrison tonight, so I'm sure I'll find some buffalo or wild game to chose from. We hope to see you both at the reunion in Colorado Springs the fall.

Well I wish to thank both of the "JIM"s in my life - May you both be met at the door up there and the notice be bright, warm, and welcoming you! Since I missed the 17th and all the happenings - I had some fine Beef and Cabbage tonight and a cold glass of Guinness! So - Thanks for your support when I needed it and I hope that when you need mine in return I can do all that is needed! MArv

Thank you Jim. It is a beautiful day. My daughter is taking me to the last Giants pre-season game for my b-day. Enjoy the game, Tom.
Although you have to attend at the Colosseum, I'm sure you will enjoy seeing the Giants play.
I hope they beat the A's.
