Belinda and I decided to go a few days early and avoid the crowds. Worked out well. We stayed two nights at the Salish Lodge & Spa at Snoqualmie Falls. Spent several hours one after at the Northwest Railroad Museum. Relaxed in the Spa and our room overlooked the top of the falls, had a real fireplace also with a jet tub for two in the bathroom. The photo with Belinda and I in it is the day before we had a big rain storm most of the night. The other picture is the amount of water volume over the falls from the rain storm in the mountains.

Gary, I see the big tree that was blocking part of the falls 3-4 years ago is gone........... Have you eaten Snoqualmie Oat Meal? Great stuff.....

They have cut several trees down along the cliff that were just outside the fence. I think they were worried winds would blow them over and taking the cliff and walkway with them.
As for that oatmeal, I have not tried it.

We took time each day to relax in the spa's warm water falls.
