Just ran across this video on YouTube made by some wreck chasers. They don't specify the aircraft tail number in question -- so I had to dig for it -- but they do give some background on what happened causing the crash. The pilot ejected, and survived. Really not much to see other than the several pieces of the wreckage they found, and an interesting view of the "crater" left by the impact. The beginning shows some video of 58-0795 in what was pretty obviously taken during the Six Shooter gun tests. I did a bit more digging, and found a forum asking about the site. I'd like to find the newspaper clipping about the crash the author mentions in his post. pacaeropress.websitetoolbox.com/post/F106A-57238-5971183Turns out the pilot was Capt Richard E. Lawyer who had a pretty interesting background. He was selected as one of the astronauts for the USAF Manned Orbiting Laboratory. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_E._Lawyer
