When creating a post you have a choice of using the Visual WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, or BBCode, where you will see the code being used in the post as you did in ProBoards v4.
The Visual view replaces the preview button in previous versions of Proboards' software because it is a WYSIWYG view.
You can switch from Visual to BBCode and back at any time while creating the post by clicking the tab. Default setting for this is Visual, but if you prefer to create and edit your posts in BBCode you can set it as your default in your profile by going to Profile > Edit Profile > Settings > Posting Default. Just above "Posting Default".
While in your profile you will see "Enable Drafts". If you enable this, you could start a post, go to another board within the forum and then return to your partially written post. This is only a short-term draft saving process so if you log out of the forum without posting it, it is lost.
