At this time of year there are lots of old Christmas movies shown on the terriblevision.
De and I watched "White Christmas" the other night, with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosie Clooney and Vera Ellen.
Fun movie, but not one of the greatest ever made.
I have always liked, "It's A Wonderful Life", with James Stewart, Donna Reed, Lionel Barrymore and "Clarence".
It gives a pretty good picture of what our attitude should be, not what people expect it to be.
I also like "Miracle on 34th Street".
I saw that about the time I became a teen-ager and, like every young lad, fell in love with Maureen O'Hara and a young Natalie Wood.
It's about Santa Clause, and if there really is such a person.
Pure fantasy and fun.
How about you, you must have a favourite Christmas Movie?
Let us know what it is, and why.

It's got to be "Christmas Story". Love how Ralphie's life goes around Christmas.

OMG we have to pick just one? All the above can be listed as number 1 with me like 1A, 1B, 1C etc for "It's A Wonderful Life", "Miracle on 34th Street", "White Christmas", "A Charlie Brown Christmas"... but I'm going to have to add "Scrooge", the 1951 version of the Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol" with Alastair Sim, as a top choice.
