I created a new There I Was... war stories page that is now a database that you can upload your own pdf files to. Check it out at www.f-106deltadart.com/thereiwas.php and give it a try. While you COULD upload a Word doc instead of a PDF file, it would not open after the fact. You could Save it, but using PDF files is much easier. I have added some of the previous stories, but not all yet. I will finish up adding the previous stories today. THIS IS NOT PRODUCTION YET. I want your thoughts first

Ok Guys and Gals, I think I have this where I want it now. If you get a chance, go to www.f-106deltadart.com/thereiwas.phpand checkout what I've done with our War Stories page. It may not look TOO different, but behind the scenes it is. - It's a database that stores the files uploaded
- You can upload your own pdf files and add a description of the story
- The file name is a hyperlink, which when clicked gives the option to OPEN or SAVE
- You add your name/signature block as the author
- Select the month and year of the upload. If it's a repeat upload from before, put the original date.
Let me know what you think and how I can improve it.

LOL Jim :rofl
No, this was not about correcting any confusion, rather a service to those dedicated here in allowing the ability to DIY and be part of the process. Yes, it might lead to less confusion in that if you upload your own story you will probably remember where it is, but that's not really the point. It's always self satisfying when you can DIY.
