When did the orange flight suits go away in the F-106 FIS's? I actually had an orange winter (insulated) flight suit when I was in Civil Air Patrol in the late 70s/early 80s that I gave my dad. He wore it in winter when he was a biker! Never did find out what he did with it. Wish I had a picture of him in it now too!

I remember Commanders Calls in the 87th  during the late 80's. We'd be over at the club, Col Smith would be standing up front, cigar in one hand, beer in another  and wearing his orange flight suit telling us all about... whatever the topic was. Oh how times have changed  |
