Our pal Ralph has 3 restorations going right now, 4 if you include the TF-102. Ralph wrote: Here are some pictures that I took on Monday March 5, 2012. We are working on the Vigilante RA-5 , RA-3 Whale, AF guys will recognize it as a B-66, and my project , a Cessna 150 which will be set up for the kids to climb into the seats and pretend that they are flying an airplane. Should be fun for the Kids. More later. Ralph Click the picture to see the slide show: Joe Pruzzo, CAM Director, called and said they just added a P-38 to the display field and have a T-38 Talon ready to go pick up. They also have some F-16 parts to pick up. They are also repainting the F-4 Thunderbird thanks to help from Steve Dwelle who flew that aircraft in over 100 performances. Steve is the brother of Tom Dwelle former F-106 driver with the 456th FIS. Joe says they are trying to raise $2500 to pay for transport of some of this new stuff so if you have a few bucks to spare, send it to CAM at 5050 Santa Fe Drive Atwater, CA 95301 www.castleairmuseum.org/Our own MOW Patrick helped start this museum when Castle AFB was closed in the 90's. They are now up to over 55 aircraft thanks to a great volunteer team and Joe's ability to get support from the local community for the museum. Pat P. :teacher
