View last 100 posts (Read 258 times)

Thanks MOW for changing to allow us View Last 100 posts.

In the last few months we have been getting more daily posts and that has expanded our capability needed from view last 50 posts to view the last 100 posts.

If the ProBoards folks solicit future release ideas I would suggest they put a button at the end of the the View Last XXX Posts page to allow the user to select to view the next XXX Posts.

That way one can be off line for a couple of days and more quickly catch up on reading posts.

I also have some ideas for possible enhancements to the search tool that I could send if you want them. I've never had a lot of success in using the present version. One of the time wasters is if you program the search tool for a word or phrase and it fails to find anything, you must go through the whole reprogramming process to search again. Why not just give your page back saying "searched failed" so you can just change the word or phrase and try again?

Tip: Sometimes, If I can remember who posted the post I'm looking for, it's easier to select their name and ask to view their last 100 posts.
