Forget the Mig Cobra maneuver
this is almost sexual.

some of the maneuvers it does almost look like a stall, but then it just powers through it and keeps on going. It's truly amazing what that machine can do, and the pilot ain't too bad himself.
and to think we have jackasses in DC looking to destroy ALL of this, the technology, the manpower, the ideas, the discovery and manufacture.

Just hope that your craft still has the standard aileron, elevator and rudder or elevons and rudder surfaces and remember that man still has to be smarter than what he is working with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also when technology fails man- it generally results in someone dying...................................

well...my opinion (if anyone really gives a rats behind)...is the F22 and F35 are fine technology wonders...but......and it's a big but.....they are toooooo complicated and have had toooo many issues to deploy them..the f22 was grounded last yr for several months due to the o2 system not working properly......the f35 ..being one for all services....again is not delivering the what is promised.........even the Australians are really worried that the plane won't be able to defend against the chinese or soviet (ooops...I mean russian) threat......they are limited on weapons carry...since everything is internal....it won't be able to carry, say the war load of an f16........
my concern is that this f35 is all hype and no go......... IF the AF can get the F22 combat ready...it should be a great fighter...but so far it doesn't come close to the record of the F15 or the FA18...cheaper...proven...updatable.....yes older platforms but there is still nothing out there that can beat an f15/FA18 combination........
again...just my opinion... Steve
