Just saw this post over at Aircraft Resource Center. It's at the South Dakota Air and Space Museum just outside Ellsworth. I never knew about this one! Here's the link. Mark, that looks a lot like the egress trainer the 49th had. I'd be willing to bet that all the squadrons had one, so that one's probably Minot's.
