C-130 Reconnaissance Camera System used to provide law enforcement with aerial photo reconnaissance in support of counter drug operations. Cameras are the same as those that were used on the RF-4C.

Control console for the camera pallet. The console was linked to the camera pallet and provided extension/retraction voltage for the camera carriage as well as camera settings based on the '130's airspeed and altitude. Normal photo runs were done at 6000' AGL / 150 kts.
