:fire_missle_ani It was at Osan Korea where I spent a very chilling 5 hours inside the alert trailer with 4 others. I think it was February.The Fuel oil tank went dry. The furnace was blowing cold air and the walls started growing frost on the rivets that held the paneling on. We had to stay there on duty and called for the oil truck. Meanwhile the snow storm had buried the area by the tank. We all took turns shoveling and the wind wasn't helping us at all. Inside the trailer the guys were shedding there parkas and using them to warm there legs and feet periodically. What good memories I have,will never forget those good ole days :  |
