] sorry for the poor image.. caught this F4 on the hammerhead waiting to launch... what tail designator is HD??? it was painted old camo with a shark mouth...it was loud on takeoff... photo shoot on cellphone thru the loading area of a C5.

I've flown in the B-17. They are Collings Foundation Aircraft. I'm going to take my gandsons to see them in Port Angeles, WA

thanks jim...appreicate the info...it gave me a start to see it land...its be a while That was a D model and is owned by Collings Foundation and has the Holloman designator from the days of the 555th TFS............ Had there been 2 of them, they might have been part of the heritage flight of QFs from the 82 Aerial Target Sqdn from Holloman.. The 82nd use to be the 82nd PTS (pilot trng sqdn) at the old Williams AFB,AZ............... The Old Sarge
