Since before World War Two, Boeing has built some of our best bombers, cargo and refueling planes.
Too bad our Parliament and Emperor don't get the urgency of putting some new birds on the line to replace the over 50 year-old ones we are now using.
Instead, they get in to a spitting contest with France.
I know, France made the Spad, Nieuport and the Mirage.

The mear fact that those birds are still flying, and doing the job they were designed for, should be a testament to what Boeing can and will produce. Is anything EADS has produced still flying after 50 years (or 40, or 30)?
