I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving Day. If you are in my neighborhood, stop by and introduce yourself. We'll have plenty of food. Thank you to all of you for being here. That is one of the things I'm grateful for.

Hey, Y'all.
Happy Thanksgiving from South Texas.
NO, we don't roast Armadillo for the feast.
We still have Turkey and all the other things.
Enjoy the day and all the food.
Remember to give thanks for all our men and women in Harms Way.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. This year is different. We have been invited to a friends home for thanksgiving. No clean up this year.
Every Thanksgiving has my mind wondering by to earlier times. hunting wild turkeys on our farm and the first Monday after thanks giving was deer season. Those were some great times.

Thanksgiving was a bust for me. I spent most of the day home alone. I've had a cold and it seemed to get better. But it looks like it effect my left eye. Eye lids are swollen and red. Eye has a discharge. White of the eye is also redish. Don't know if the cold went to my eye or caused a case of pink eye. We had invite to a friends home for turkey dinner but I made my wife go alone. I did not feel I should expose other people to what ever is going on with me.

Ouch, that's some tough duty. I spent the first half of the day working and then went to my son's in-laws and ate my face off. PEPCID ROCKS!

I remember something during the 70's that sounded similar :green-smile Hope you feel better soon! :green-beer

Well, my Thanksgiving has come and gone (I'm a day ahead of you all) with little fanfare... as I like it Weather was nice for this time of year in Korea... oh and I was in Korea for this holiday and believe me with the traveling I do that's huge. Anyway, weather was nice, no snow, temps in the low 40's, no rain... not too bad other than the fact you have to roll me around now Hope you all had/have a great Thanksgiving day :us_flag

I was soooo full, and miserable at the same time :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup I don't think I'm going to have to eat for a week.

Thanks Gene, The penicillin drops the doctor gave me are starting to help. Eye feels better but still looks swollen & reddish. Looks like $hit! I'm suppose to rest my eyes. Very little TV & computer. Because its very contagious by touch no indoor sports either. I'm left with very little to do. I wanted to do some yard work today as it was dry and sunny. But have to keep out of bright light. This may take days to get better. Have a followup with the doctor on Dec 5th. Wife has been battling an asthma attack for two plus weeks and now has pneumonia and a particial collapsed lung. November has not been a good month for us both. Sorry to burden you all with our problems.
