I flipped on the local news yesterday and they we're talking about a girder from the twin towers coming to York, PA. So I'm thinking, "What does York have to do with 911 that would warrant sending a piece of sacred ground to it?". Well it turns out it will be integrated into a monument at the veterans' cemetary in honor of those from the area that gave their lives fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan. I have to take my hat off to whoever came up with the idea. :salute

:salute :us_flag :salute There are several girders from the World Trade Center in the International Peace Garden, on the North Dakota - Manitoba International Boundary. They are in a specially landscaped area on the U.S. side of the park, laid out like they may have fallen. Quite impressive. Jim
