Our Chief o' the Darts and Daggers, Ralph Robledo, has provided some pictures of the latest an greatest restoration projects at CAM. The TF-102 sat in the back yard at CAM for years. It was used at a CA airport for firefighter practice. The RF- Crusader just arrived at CAM. The F-15 model was mentioned in a previous post by Ralph. The Falcon Missile has been beautifully restored. There are a couple of pictures from the inside museum showing 84th FIS tail markings. And the last two are the Airman's Challenge coin and a shot of the USAF Memorial at Arlington Cemetery. Thanks Ralph! And a special thanks to the guys at Jameson Harvesting in Turlock, CA. They continue to donate thier time, skill and equipment to CAM in support of saving aircraft from the scrap pile. Click on any picture below to enter the slide show of all pictures. This TF-102 will take another year or two of work. The Restoration Crew welcomes another challenge in this RF- Crusader F-15 scale model. Last Air Show I went to, the USAF guys had a F-22 Raptor of the same scale as this. This restored Falcon Missile is a real beauty USAF Memorial at Arlington Cemetery Pat P. :us_flag

F-15 scale model. Last Air Show I went to, the USAF guys had a F-22 Raptor of the same scale as this. : WOW! That's the F-15 scale model we had in the alert barn during my 1982-84 time at Castle (318th Det 1). Used to keep it in bay 4, same bay we packed chutes and used as storage.
