OK>>>>>>>> Need to know that if I make ten to fifteen clocks for the reunion, that some one will either meet me someplace in Arizona and pick up the clocks and take them to the reunion. OR, reimburse me the cost of packing and shipping them to Florida........Last time I shipped a single wall clock it cost almost 100.00, so, I expect it to be about the same for this bunch. The average clock that I have made for the reunions cost me about 15.00 each in materials alone.... These clocks, if I make them, will use some of Dick Stultz's artwork, and some will be one of a kind as this will be the last time I will be able to do this. Old age is fast encroaching on me. If I get a commitment for this, I may well build a large wall clock for a fund raiser....... Those of you that are on FACEBOOK, put this plea for help in this matter out to the rest of the 106 world. The Old Sarge BTW, clocks like this one; I make or modify dials and adapt art work for the theme of the clock......No two are ever alike......

Jim, I would put this on FaceBook now but I'll wait to see if the deal with Don Fletcher works out for him to haul them to the Melbourne, FL F-106 Reunion. Since Don has family in Tucson and will likely drive to Florida passing nearby you, that would work great. I could also get Bobski to email it to his Reunion email list when he does a reunion update if that becomes necessary. If I put this on FaceBook right now on the Convair F-106 Delta Dart Group page (5500 members), I'd estimate you would get well over 100 inquiries wanting to buy a custom made F-106 clock from you. Since you are building that Grandfather Clock for your grandson and are winding down shop activities, I don't imagine you need a lot of new clock customers. So I'll just wait for you to tell me to "pull the trigger" before communicating this on FaceBook. Thanks, Pat P. The Old Sarge's latest project for his Grandson (Note the easy chair and work bench)
