Other than possible pride in owning a limited edition print that is not identified as to oil, watercolor, or pencil lithograph, suggest that any one wanting pictures of an F-106 contact SAM BRANDT at aviator51@aol.com. Or if you would like to support the museum at Castle, contact Pat Perry (see members listing this site)...These are also by Sam............These photos will put you in the cockpit of the plane taking the pictures.....FAR MORE VIVID THAN 42 YEAR OLD MEMORIES - I know, I have the photos and the memories.....The old Sarge

Hi, IMHO, pretty crappy drawing. What's with the nose, was that a secret mod? Must've been a hell of a radar dish under there! I agree, if you want some SIX stuff, buy it from the various museums and help support those that have helped perserve one of the greatest airplanes ever! BRG, Jon

Looks like he started out with a drawing of an F-104, then later modified it to resemble a "6". I don't ever recall seeing this particular drawing anywhere. i have a couple drawings i have acquired over the years. none like this. When I was at the Lowry AFB, Tech School, we had a couple of drawings that were made by students. We donated them to the Museum located at what is now the Front Range Air Musem, in the old Hangar 2 at Lowry. I would like to get back there some day and see if they are even displayed anywhere. I agree, with getting something from the Castle Museum! My copies are fabulous! Thanks Pop! MArv
