So far we have 46 attendees confirmed and 23 MAYBEs. Contacts are Dean Rager meandean47@hotmail.com and Pat Perry popperry@hotmail.com Check out the goodies Jim has made: A Jim Gier framed Sam Brandt image Another Gier / Brandt creation Some unique Jim Gier clock designs Two special awards to be presented by Bruce Gookin. Note how Jim selected grain patterns that form a shock wave (or sonic boom) around the F-106s. The colors change as you view them from different angles. Click any picture above to view the many other special clocks Jim has made in support of F-106 people and projects. See you there! Pat P. :teacher

Well I had to send this out to all of the 456'rs and many of the others who may attend this coming reuinion! Sorry to say this but I will NOT be able to attend the reunion! I really - really wanted to do this!
I have another reunion of sorts on the Memorial Day weekend that is very important to me, here in Nebraska. I will get to see my two grandson's after a full year of them living in Texas and me in Nebraska.
Sorry Cliff - I sure wanted to get together with you once again! I am going to be in Merced the weekend before that though!
I have a small family reunion that I'm going to do in Fresno with my sister, and two cousins and one Aunt.
So - guys - sorry but I'll be there in spirit! Maybe I'll leave a little sign or two somewhere- Just to keep things interesting when you all show up! :drunk

The 456th FIS and a few members of the 84th FIS conducted their reunion at Castle Air Museum, CA on May 28-28, 2011. We toured the old squadron area and that brought back many memories and stories told. The next day we attended the always excellent CAM Open Cockpit Day. Ralph Robledo, Chief o'the Darts & Daggers has restored so many aircraft and has so many more to do that he had to turn F-106 Crew Chief duties over to his son Dean. Dean had the old girl spit shined and the paint job still looks brand new after after 8 years in the hot California sun. We salute the Old Sarge, Jim Gier for making 6 clock awards. One was presented to Dean Rager for hosting this reunion and for having never missed any of the last 8 reunions we've had. The remaining 5 clocks were raffled off and Dean Rager presented $550 to Joe Pruzzo, CAM Executive Director.
