I was lucky enough to find an F-106 throttle quadrant on Ebay years ago. It cost me around 130 bucks. It is now one of my prized posessions. I don't now, or have ever had an "I love me" room or wall but I'd like to have a desk-top name plate with an F-106 airspeed indicator mounted into it. I was stupid enough to barber pole an F-106 at over 760 KIAS. I bought an F-4 airspeed indicator but it doesn't go high enough...it tops out at 700. The fasted I ever got in Mach was 1.86, long after the engines had been detuned. I loved that jet and miss it. I flew at the 102FIW/101FIS at Otis from 81-95. Whale
