C'mon guys, I have read about a third of the book so far and it is full of stories you can relate to. It's well-written and keeps your interest. It's very affordable and my copy was autographed by the author. Besides, Gary is one of our own.
This shameless plug was not requested by the author. It's my own feelings. A lot of effort went into the project and it might inspire you to do something similar, even if not on the same scale or copyrighted. I have started compiling some of my past writings and eventually I will put them in some kind of order. My grandkids might appreciate my efforts some day.
I have no intention of making you feel bad about not buying it after saying you would so that's all I'm gonna say about that.

Hey I've had mine for some time now. Even wrote a little review on another thread. Gave the ole Bullhunter a lot of credit for putting it all out there. Not sure I would be that brave.

dude, I knew you bought one because you inspired me to do what I said I would do. I read your review and was impressed. I wasn't waiting for a review, though. I just needed to do it.

Glad ya did Lug... When I ordered it I thought my main interest would be the photos and service stories. Surprisingly I found myself migrating more towards the other parts outside the service. It made me realize that so many of us came from similar surroundings. Brought back some personal memories of my own.

I've been a little busy the last few days getting ready for today since we are the hosts this year. Stop by if you're in the neighborhood. Anyway, I am a city boy but some of the stories Bullhunter wrote about his younger years are similar to mine. I'm only about a third of the way into the book but I have enjoyed what I've read so far. I expect the rest will be just as enjoyable.

Well, the turn out for the book is way short of what the poll results were/are. Only three of our forum members have ordered. To the three of you, much thanks. :thanks To the rest of you; if still interest and want a copy just e-mail me or PM and we will set it up for you to get a copy. If you have fallen on hard times with unemployment, etc and want a copy but can't swing the $15.00 then I can work out a special deal with/for you. I'm just as interested with my book getting read and talked about as I am making money with it. The more who read the book means more advertizing and possible more orders. Remember it is copyrighted!

Mark, just check your e-mail and thank-you. With all you have done in your career and especially these earthquake missions you shold be keeping notes and photos. You might want to make a record for your family someday or do a book yourself. :thanks

Still have plenty of blank CD's ready for any body who would like on for some excellent reading and photo's in the new year. I've sold & shipped out 50 now and have received so great feed back. $10 and that includes shipping. ADC and the other Cold War Major Commands might be dead, but the stories remain!
