Why do I not hear what a lot of my active duty neighbors here in Fairborn have to say about retention. Most don't talk about retention but about the lack of responsible leadership and the affects of the "Woke" revolution. Many have talked about how thr Sexual deviates have played a role in making the service less desirable than when they joined. I have seen a lot here at WPAFB. Did anyone read about our Gay Pride Prade and party last year? Nope the media keeps that from public.
While many of us served during don't ask, don't tell what happened. We got a chit load of closet LOBQxyz staying in uniform and gaining rank. Once enough got empowered and Obama allowed them out of closet. We found out just how many were rising in rank, and once they were legal they started changing how things were done. WPAFB had a Senior Master Sargent as first shirt. His commander was now a closet Col and demanded that he embrace the sexual deviates in his unit and she asked him what he thought about it. He said he believed in his Christian teaching and did not believe they were Normal. She brought charges after removing him from position and put a Lesbian in his position. Well he refused to take demotion without Criminal Charges so she brought him to Court Marshall. Things went bad for him and he was found guilty of refusing to follow commands etc. He was demoted two ranks and given desk job. Yes he appealed and after a heated review and many fellow workers said his religious beliefs did not cause harm to any. He was Quoted as saying I will not bring harm to your beliefs, but I will never accept them as normal. So he got his rank, back pay etc. But he was also expected tp retire and he did. Sorry bunch of "Hero's" we now have throughout our ranks. I was always amassed how someone who violated UCMJ all those years were allowed to come out without any charges being brought for their actions. And no one ever questioned their actions during their closet career. But it sure came out after Obama made it not only legal, but also popular.

IF you can get someone into position to bring a complaint or charges. |
