A Reunion Update from Bobski (we have 175 attendees as of 1-26-2019) Dear F-106 Troops, Our 2019 Tucson Reunion is just about 60 days out and we have some important information to pass out below: 1. Boneyard Tour update:
* We now have 99 for the boneyard tour. * The Maximum is 108. * We will keep a waiting list in case of cancellations. * The cutoff signup for this tour is March 1st. * Note, we are doing very well on all the other tours. We may need to add a third Bus for each! 2. Radisson Hotel - We have already filled our first block of 85 rooms reserved. The Hotel has added 10 more rooms. So, if we reach 95 rooms we will ask for more if needed. However, this is no guarantee that they will release more (Corporate limit). All we can say is it will be "first come first served!" We got a great rate for that time of year for $93, normally it is $229. We highly recommend to reserve your rooms ASAP! 3. Menu selections for the Meet & Greet and Final Banquet. We will soon be finalizing our menus for these events. We will have some multiple options for each meal and we need to know up front if anyone will need any special meals (vegan, gluten, etc..) 4. Hotel Shuttle Buses will be available to/from airport. We negotiated a deal for $10/person per trip. You will need to phone the Radisson Hotel (Speedway) to arrange pickups at the airport. 5. We are soliciting for any Reunion prize donations. Jim Gier is donating 12 wooden clocks again as he has in all of our past reunions. Thank you again Jim! Let us know if you will be donating something. Remember we will be making donations from these raffles to F-106 associated museums, restorations and we have already donated $500 to the Tyndall Hurricane Michael Relief Fund. 6. List of current attendees signed up is below as of 1/26/19. In general this looks to be one of our biggest F-106 reunions to date. Don't miss this one. We are not getting any younger. If you go to our F-106 Website at: www.f-106deltadart.com/ you can see the photo galleries from past reunions. Also on the front page you will find the Tucson Reunion information and links to the reunion information and registration form.

Unless I have miscounted, there should be 18 clocks............. With encroaching infirmities, these could well be the last of the reunion clocks....... Some one want to pick up the slack, I'll give you the jigs and fixtures I made to make it easier to construct these clocks. Some with instructions and some without.........

A Reunion Update from Bobski. Click on the link to read the full email: mailchi.mp/9984b56a364c/f-106-tucson-2019-reunion-update-4119?e=0de7435526 Excerpt from Bobski's Reunion Update: 2 Days! Last Minute Planning. Ok, So my wife Sharon and I are here at the Radisson Suites and preparing for the reunion and thought we'd send you a few tips to help you out this week: 1. The weather is going to be superb this week! Sunny, highs in the low 80's, and very cool at night after the sun goes down. You'll wake up to temps in the low 50's. For night time and early morning activities you'll need a light sweater or jacket. Shorts are okay during the later daylight hours. The sun is intense, so protect your head with a cap, use sun block and it's very dry so you may need some chap-stick. Sun glasses for major sun glare... Pat P.
