They would fail Flight line Safety 101. Hot refueling on the go without the use of any grounding lines. Static could set the gas off at any time. I would think that Airplane safety during this type of operation would require two persons. One to fly and keep away from power lines, second to operate saw. I actually saw one of these in operation in southern Oh, clearing the power fire break along high power lines. I watched for about 30 minutes, until they left to refuel.
