You could feel the heat flash when this went off. My brother does this primarily on the Eastern half of the country as the Mad Bomber- guess where the first place the FEDs head when there is a bomb scare? ??

i was at the grave yard about 1500 watering flowers at several plots when this beast came ove just a little higher than the trees. the location was about 1 mile north of mcchord.. :2thumbsup

Having worked on Mustangs and Texans, back in the early Fifties, I never considered them small.
When we got our first Saber Dogs and T-Birds, they both made the Mustang and Texan look small.
When the Century Series came along, they began to look tiny.
I think we are probably not going to see fighters get any larger than they now are, or trainers.
But, being things are always changing, put a Mustang next to a Spad or Sopwith Camel, and the Mustang looks very large.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that makes me look up quicker than the sound of a big fan beating the air in front of a big piston engine.
There is no sound like it.
