Sounds like we need a thread for unit coins.

I have to admit I've never been a big coin guy, but to this day I carry my coin from my days in the 5th Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group.

When I was became a member of the 40th Airlift Squadron (my last unit) our then squadron commander gave everyone a unit coin, and expected us to carry it. It was never enforced.

So... Let's see some of those coins y'all have.

My Special Forces coin that is always in my pocket...

No, I never got it engraved.
