Why do we keep this stuff? Darn good question.
I have quite a bit of my Dad's WWII stuff. Photo Album, post-cards, letters, flight gear, his uniform, etc, etc......
I guess someday my kids will enjoying having, or at least seeing some of these things. And that they will enjoy some of my stuff and share it with my grandchildren.
That is the best I can come up with.
Photo is of just one article of many my Dad saved.

After thinking about it for a micro second I guess I kept it because I was there and was a member of the winning F-102 Catagory team. Side note: Team was captained by Maj Al Amatuzio, founder of AMZOIL.
