Well, I can tell you all that MSgt Ward Staley is no longer among us (he was my grandfather, died 1989), and LTC Norm Komnick was one of my college professors, who I'm still in touch with. Bob Crow here, please pass my email on to Stormin' Norm. crowbob@sbcglobal.net. thanks.

I'm trying to find a friend of mine who was a crew chief at the 318th back in the late 80's. His name is Matt McBride and he's originally from Arizona.
Any idea of his whereabouts or how I might be able to find him? I do believe that he stayed in the area after he got married.
I was stationed and lived in the same dorms but worked at the 25th Air Division/NORAD Region (which eventually became NWADS).
Thank you.

We don't have a McBride registered on the 318 alumni listing. Try www.zabasearch.com There are over 500 Matthew McBrides listed in the US but only 28 in AZ. If you have a middle name or initial that would help. Also if you know his approximate age that will help narrow down the search. Good Luck Pat P. :teacher

I show a Dave McBride listed in the F-106 Alumni Database www.f-106deltadart.com/alumni_pages.htm as an 84th member, but not a Matt in the 318th.

Is there a status update on a possible 318th reunion?

BullHunter, would love to see more photos that you have and of personnel, did you know any fuel cell troops? Julius Richardson by chance? I was there from 80-85, first assignment out of SheetMetal Tech School. Loved the assignment!
