Day before yesterday a local barrista was arrested as she was seen outside her stand wearing pasties only. She said she didn't know it was illegal, (indecent exposure) as her boss said it was ok. The newspaper, The Tacoma News Tribune, ran the story on the Front page with a large photo of another girl, and reported that the girl put on a bikini top, and the pasties were booked in as evidence! (I don't make this stuff up!)

it was on a news update on 97.3 .. she was supposedly in a bikini bottom and pasties until the law got close, then, she supposedly put on a bikini top... what ensued is total speculation.
i glad to see your keeping up on these matters....i'v also noticed the images from the previous postings have vanished!!
