This from Col Ross........... Go thru the manual check as well....... You may have heard it on the TV news, but there is a virus lurking that will activate tomorrow, July 9th. If your computer is infected, you will seem to log onto the internet as usual, but you will in fact be connected to a bandit server. They will gather your personal information, which could include passwords, usernames, credit card numbers, and other stuff you don't want others to know. The easiest way to be comfortable is to have an automatic detection at this website. Just click on the detection link that applies to you. www.dcwg.org/detect/checking-windows-7-for-infections/ Lower down on the page is a method for manually checking your computer. It's a little more complicated that the one-click above, but it's an additional insurance. Just follow the directions. Stay safe, and pass this on to people you care about. M. Ross

For those with older than Windows 7 systems, go to the root website at www.dcwg.org and select your OS type.
